This Privacy Policy describes what personal data the 1render.ru service ("Service", "we") collects, how we use, store and protect it, and what rights data subjects have under Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of the Russian Federation.
Personal data — any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (data subject). Operator — the legal entity managing 1render.ru. User — a natural person who orders services through the website.
By using the Service or placing an order, the User consents to the processing of their personal data to the extent described in this Policy. If the User does not agree, they must stop using the Service.
When placing an order we collect: — email address; — photos and images of buildings uploaded for processing (stored temporarily, solely for fulfilling the order); — payment data transmitted via T-Bank (we do not store card numbers); — technical data: IP address, User-Agent, request timestamp.
Data is processed for the following purposes: — fulfilling the order for AI-generated photorealistic images using the Google Gemini API; — processing payments via T-Bank; — sending email notifications about order status; — customer support; — compliance with Russian Federation law.
Uploaded images are stored on Service servers in an encrypted partition for no more than 30 days after order completion, then automatically deleted. Email addresses are stored in the Service database and may be deleted on request. We implement technical and organisational measures to protect data from unauthorised access, alteration, or destruction.
We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties except in the following cases: — Google LLC (USA) — for image generation via the Google Gemini API. Data is transferred in accordance with Google Cloud Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy; — T-Bank JSC (Russia) — for payment processing. Only data required for the transaction is shared; — Government authorities — when required by law.
You have the right to: — request information about your data; — request correction of inaccurate data; — withdraw consent to processing; — request deletion of your data. To exercise your rights, send a request to hello@1render.ru.
The Service is not liable for actions of third parties who obtained access to data as a result of the User's own security failures (e.g. sharing credentials, using insecure channels).
We may update this Policy at any time. The current version is always available at 1render.ru/en/privacy. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
