These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the 1render.ru service ("Service"), which provides AI-powered photorealistic visualisation of residential buildings. By placing an order, you fully accept these Terms.
Service — the 1render.ru website providing paid AI image generation services. User — any individual or legal entity using the Service. Order — a paid request to process images, accepted by the Service. Generation — the automated process of creating photorealistic images from uploaded materials using the Google Gemini AI model. Deliverable — the images produced by the Service as a result of an Order.
The Service provides paid access to an AI house visualisation tool. The Service does not provide construction, architectural, or engineering design services. Generated results are illustrative and are not official project documents.
You agree to: — only upload images you own or have the right to use; — not upload obscene, illegal, or discriminatory material; — upload images that depict buildings, houses, or architectural structures for the AI to process correctly; — accept that AI generation results are variable and do not guarantee an exact match to the source image.
The order price is fixed at the time of checkout. Payment is processed via T-Bank. Refunds are issued in the following cases: — Generation fails to complete due to a technical error on the Service's side — automatic full refund; — The User received the result but is dissatisfied with its quality — no refund is issued, as variability is an inherent characteristic of AI generation technology. For quality disputes, contact support at hello@1render.ru.
The User retains all rights to uploaded source images and is solely responsible for the legality of their use. The Service makes no claim to exclusive rights over the generated results. The User may use the generated images for personal or commercial purposes without additional permission.
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee: — that results will exactly match the User's expectations; — uninterrupted availability of the AI model (delays or downtime may occur); — that results are suitable for official design, construction, or permitting purposes. The Service's liability is limited to the value of the specific Order.
In case of a dispute, the User sends a written claim to hello@1render.ru. Response time: 30 (thirty) calendar days. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is submitted to a court of general jurisdiction at the Operator's registered location in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. The Service may amend the Terms unilaterally; the updated version will be published on the website. Contact us: hello@1render.ru
